FAQ

Our research shows that placing the Chase-A-Lot devices in different rooms on a table or shelves is optimal. Even different levels of the home; spacing them out provides your dog more room to explore the sounds they will hear. When placing the devices, they should be facing the entrance to the room for proper detection of your dog.

The Chase-A-Lot units are designed to sense when your dog breaks the threshold of the room where the unit is placed. We recommend you place the Chase-A-Lot facing the entryway. Your dog will never know where the units are.
